The Music Sales Consultant plays a vital role in driving store sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your mission will be to consistently meet and exceed your sales targets, provide exceptional service, and take on key responsibilities within the store.

Essential Functions:

Achieve and surpass personal sales goals through proactive engagement. Promote the enriching Music & Arts lesson program to build customer participation. Network with local teachers, schools, churches, and community groups to create new business opportunities. Build strong customer relationships and deliver persuasive sales presentations leveraging your sales training. Ensure outstanding customer service for every customer interaction. Encourage customer loyalty through exceptional service and engagement. Contribute to various aspects of the store's operations, including merchandising and display maintenance. Skills, Experience, and Education:

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of relevant work experience preferred. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music notation.
