Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and surpass personal sales goals consistently.Promote and facilitate enrollment in the Music & Arts lesson program.Build strong networks with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to create business opportunities.Forge lasting relationships with customers through engaging sales presentations based on best practices.Deliver exceptional customer service to every visitor.Encourage customer loyalty through positive interactions and follow-up.Assist in merchandising, displays, and overall maintenance of the store.Ensure the security of the store by managing perimeter door keys, register keys, and personal alarm codes.Perform additional duties as assigned to support store objectives.Why Join Music & Arts? Qualifications:
