Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals through coaching and support. Stay updated on financial metrics, inventory levels, and sales performance. Ensure all products are accessible and presented attractively for customers. Manage payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training of retail staff. Handle daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for your assigned accounts. Promote our Music & Arts lesson programs and provide support to teachers. Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years of relevant work experience. Preferred qualifications include:
