Job Overview The role of a Music Sales Professional is to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, while delivering exceptional customer service and taking on additional responsibilities within the store. Main Responsibilities • Meet individual sales goals by generating sales through effective communication with customers • Promote the Music lesson program to increase business revenue • Develop relationships with teachers/schools, churches, and community organizations to create new business opportunities • Provide compelling sales presentations based on product knowledge and training • Demonstrate outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty • Participate in all aspects of store operation, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance • Maintain store security by managing keys and access codes Why Work at Our Store?
