At Music & Arts, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Music Sales Specialist to help us achieve our sales goals and foster a love for music in our community. In this role, you will not only work towards individual sales targets but also contribute to the overall success of our store while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales to consistently exceed personal sales goals. Promote and enroll clients in our Music & Arts lesson program. Build relationships with local educators, churches, and community organizations to create opportunities for collaboration. Deliver impactful sales presentations using effective sales skills and training. Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience for every visitor. Encourage customer loyalty through excellent service and follow-up. Assist with various store operations, including merchandising and display maintenance. Ensure store security responsibilities are met, including access management. Take on additional duties as assigned to support store operations. Why Choose Music & Arts?

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.In-depth knowledge of musical instruments and music notation is essential.About Music & Arts:
