As a Music Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in achieving individual sales goals that support our store's overall sales and profit objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales to exceed personal sales targets.Promote our Music & Arts lesson program effectively.Build connections by networking with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.Foster strong customer relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations based on training.Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.Encourage customer loyalty through positive interactions.Assist in all store operations, including merchandising, displays, and upkeep.Ensure store security by managing perimeter door keys, register keys, and personal alarm codes.Take on additional duties as assigned.Why Choose Music & Arts? Qualifications:
