Key Responsibilities:

Achieve personal sales targets and drive store sales. Promote our Music & Arts lesson programs to attract new students. Network with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to create new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with customers and deliver engaging sales presentations using your training. Provide exceptional customer service to each and every visitor. Encourage customer loyalty through outstanding service and follow-up. Engage in various store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance. Ensure store security by managing keys and alarm codes responsibly. Take on additional duties as needed to support store success. Why Choose Music & Arts?

We offer competitive pay rates between $12.00 - $13.00 per hour plus commission, based on location and experience.
