Key Responsibilities:

Surpass individual sales goals to contribute to our store's overall success.Champion our Music & Arts lesson program and engage potential students.Build relationships through networking with educators, churches, and community organizations.Deliver outstanding customer service and create engaging sales presentations.Encourage customer loyalty through personalized interactions.Participate in merchandising, inventory displays, and overall store maintenance.Responsible for maintaining store security protocols.Take on additional duties as needed to support store operations.Why Choose Music & Arts? Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements:
