Are you passionate about music and skilled in sales? We are seeking a dedicated Music Sales Specialist to help us achieve our sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to take on senior-level responsibilities and make a real impact in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Exceed individual sales targets to contribute to the store’s overall success. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program enthusiastically. Network with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to generate new business. Build strong customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations based on our training. Provide outstanding customer service and foster customer loyalty. Engage in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising and display maintenance. Ensure store security, managing keys and alarm codes responsibly. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements:

A High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Proficient knowledge of musical instruments and written music. About Us:
