We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Music Sales Specialist to help us achieve our sales and profit objectives while providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Exceed personal sales goals to contribute to our overall store success. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to enhance community engagement and participation. Network with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to build relationships and develop new business opportunities. Deliver compelling sales presentations based on thorough training and customer insights. Provide exceptional customer service to every visitor in the store. Encourage customer loyalty and repeat business through meaningful interactions. Collaborate on various store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Ensure the security of the store including handling perimeter door keys and personal alarm codes. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and store objectives. Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Knowledgeable about musical instruments and sheet music.
