The Music School Administrator plays an integral role in the smooth running of the department. The successful candidate will act as the face of the music school and, as the first point of contact, must engage positively with parents, pupils, staff, and visitors, handling requests efficiently with attention to detail and high quality. Managing administration for concerts and events with support from the General Manager and Music Director. Entering student data and managing rehearsal and band schedules. Scheduling lessons and rehearsals, assisting with student placement, and administering concert ticketing and programs.
