Responsibilities

Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality programming
Supervise staff and instructors, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment
Coordinate fundraising activities to support scholarships, new equipment, and special projects
Represent the school at public events, delivering presentations and promoting programs through effective public speaking

Requirements

Proven experience in education administration or management within a music or arts organization
Strong background in curriculum development and classroom teaching with working knowledge of various musical instruments or styles
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing projects
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
Experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and budgeting to support program growth
Exceptional communication skills suitable for public speaking and community outreach
