• Lead the music portion of worship in a contemporary style appropriate for the congregation. • Coordinate rehearsal schedule and location with the DGR. • Provide a proposed music plan in PowerPoint format no later than close of business each Wednesday prior to Sunday service. • Ensure substitute meets all contract performance requirements. • Proficiency in directing praise band rehearsals and services.
