SUMMARY: The Music Specialist is a key part of our Summer Camp Program. • Under the direction of the Camp Director, implement behavior modifications as described in the Camper’s Code of Conduct. • Lead “Flagpole” songs and chants each morning for all campers and staff. • Ability to direct, engage, and lead a group of 150+ campers and camp staff with camp songs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
