Join Our Team as a Music Store Operations Manager!

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily sales and operations of our store while ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team with coaching, support, and resources to help them achieve their sales goals. Monitor financial data, inventory levels, and performance metrics to drive success. Ensure all products are readily available for purchase and attractively displayed. Handle payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training of staff efficiently. Manage daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts. Promote and support our Music & Arts lesson program, collaborating with educators. Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. About Music & Arts
