Music Store Retail Associate

Marshall Music is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to work in-store assisting musicians of all ages. If you have a background in music and a friendly personality, you might be the right fit This is an entry level position, but previous customer service experience is very helpful for the role. Roles and Responsibilities • Assist customers with purchases in-store and over the phone • Work with young student to help choose the right instrument • Clean and prepare musical instruments • Check in customer instruments for repair • Assist customers with their rental accounts including taking payments & clerical work • Stock product displays and put away new instruments and accessories • Help keep the store tidy • Other duties as assigned Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 per hour
