Music Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities \\- Greet students and customers in-person and over the phone \\- Sign students up for music lessons \\- Contribute to a smoothly running lesson operation \\- Rent, repair, and sell musical instruments \\- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies \\- Guide customers towards best product or service solutions based on their needs \\- Ensure inventory displays are fully stocked and accurately tagged \\- Cashier duties such as completing purchases, returns, exchanges, and rentals \\- Research and generate online listings for new products \\- Contribute to overall cleanliness, neatness, and safety of facilities Skills/Requirements \\- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships \\- Ability to respectfully engage with customers of all ages and cultural backgrounds \\- Proven work experience in a retail, customer service, and/or sales job \\- Proficiency on one or more musical instruments \\- Basic understanding of music and related concepts \\- Ability to perform in fast- paced environments \\- Computer fluency \\- Basic math skills \\- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Benefits \\- Discounts on products and services \\- Paid vacation time \\- Paid sick time Apply: Please reply with your resume and cover letter.
