At Music & Arts, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about music and committed to providing excellent customer service. This role is pivotal in helping us achieve our sales goals while enriching the musical community.

Role Overview: You will strive to meet individual sales targets, offer exceptional service, and help manage key responsibilities within the store.

Essential Functions (not an exhaustive list):

Drive sales to consistently surpass personal goals. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to enhance customer engagement. Build connections with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to foster new business. Develop strong customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations based on our training. Exhibit outstanding service to every customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Encourage customer loyalty through exceptional engagement and follow-up. Contribute to all store operations including merchandising, display, and maintenance of store aesthetics. Ensure store security is upheld, including managing keys and alarm codes. Perform additional duties as needed. Why Choose Music & Arts? Here are just some of the perks of working with us:

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00/hr plus commission based on your location, background, and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED is required. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music notation is essential. About Us:
