We need personable teachers who can build a rapport quickly both with students and parents. We are searching for teachers who want to not only teach but also grow. In terms of learning, we believe a student should learn to play and instrument: • Physically: this means learning to hold the instrument, move their limbs correctly to make notes and to move in time with the instrument. • Creatively: This is just as important as learning to physically play. The 3rd aspect of teaching is to help student understand what they are playing, creating and hearing in music.
