St. Paul School in North Canton, Ohio is seeking a passionate, faith‑filled, and student‑centered Music Teacher to join our school community for the remainder of the academic year. This part‑time position has the potential to transition into a full‑time role for the 2026–2027 school year. The Music Teacher will foster creativity, confidence, and reverence through music education while supporting the Catholic mission of the school. Primary Responsibilities • Music Instruction (Grades PreK–8) • Provide engaging and developmentally appropriate music instruction • Teach foundational music theory, vocal techniques, rhythm, and performance skills • Introduce students to diverse musical styles and cultural traditions • Prepare students for school performances and seasonal programs • Liturgical Music Coordination • Plan and coordinate music for weekly school Mass • Select appropriate liturgical music aligned with the Church calendar • Rehearse students for Mass participation (cantors, choir, responses) • Collaborate with the Pastor and school administration to support the spiritual life of the school • Performance & School Community Engagement • Organize and lead Christmas, spring, and other special performances • Support school events requiring music leadership • Foster student confidence through solo and group opportunities This is a part‑time position for the remainder of the current school year.
