Dr. Anna Holley is a private music coach in the SC Lowcountry. Anna’s Private Coaching Studio is seeking collegiate music students or highly proficient individuals in their special instrument to provide private coaching to all ages and skill levels.

Role Description

This is a part time, contract on-site role for a Music Teacher based in Mount Pleasant, IOP, Sullivans or Downtown Charleston SC. The Music Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging music lessons, teaching music theory, and fostering music performance skills in students with a fun and engaging personality. The role also involves creating practice plans, providing individual or group instruction, and inspiring a deep appreciation for music and musical disciplines among learners. Lessons are conducted at student homes and/or online weekly. $30 per weekly hour lesson per student.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Music Theory and foundational understanding of Music Education
• Strong skills in Music Performance and the ability to teach and mentor students in performances
• Competency in one of the following instruments, voice, piano, guitar, violin, or cello

• Passion for music education with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for young students
• Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field is preferred but not required

. Opem to current music majors or music professionals.
• Ability to inspire students and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
• Experience in group and individual music instruction is a plus
• Must be 18+, clean background check, and reliable transportation
