Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students. Assesses the accomplishments of students on a regular basis, seeking the assistance of district specialists as required. Plans and supervises purposeful assignments for teacher assistant(s) and/or volunteer(s), and cooperatively with department heads, evaluates their job performance. To ensure continuity of services, remote work may be necessary in the event of a health crisis or disruptive situation that requires the closing of school and/or office buildings. Salary and work year to be according to the current schedule.
