Role Description The Music Teacher is a part-time, on-site role based in Blaine, MN. Strong foundational knowledge in Music Theory and general Music concepts.Proficiency in Music Performance, ideally with live performance experience.Experience or education in Music Education, including lesson planning and classroom management.Ability to teach Piano or Drums and at least one additional instrument (e.g., guitar, bass, drums, or vocals).Effective communication and interpersonal skills with learners of varying ages and skill levels.Ability to foster an inclusive, encouraging, and safe learning environment.Previous teaching or coaching experience in music or related fields is beneficial.Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed for lessons and performances.
