Overview:
Musik Mogul has been in the market for 25 years serving Puerto Rico and many areas of Florida like Miami, Broward, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville. We are currently looking for people who wish to work in the Jacksonville / Duval County area in a part-time job in the afternoons. You just need to have some knowledge in one of these instruments. Piano, Guitar, Violin, Cello, Drums, Singing or Wind Instrument.

Requirements:
- Provide music lessons for students ranging from preschool to adult education levels with the guidance of Musik Mogul.

-Have your own car in good condition

-If you are Hispanic you must know how to speak English. It is NOT a requirement to speak Spanish

-Willingness to receive training

Experience:
-No experience needed

Skills:
- Some knowledge in at least one of these instruments. Piano, guitar, singing, violin (strings), any wind instrument.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow Musik Mogul's Curriculums
• Implement Musik Mogul's curriculums as the primary teaching guide, ensuring lessons align with the provided materials and structure.

2. Lesson Delivery and Instruction
• Teach lessons according to the Musik Mogul's framework, covering required topics and skills.
• Provide clear instruction on musical concepts, techniques, and performance skills as outlined in the curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods based on the student’s learning pace and needs while staying within the curriculum's structure.

3. Student Engagement and Motivation
• Create an engaging and positive learning environment where the student feels motivated and excited to learn.
• Foster a love for music by encouraging the student to participate in the lessons, practice regularly, and track their improvement.

4. Creating a Positive Learning Environment
• Ensure a welcoming, comfortable, and distraction-free environment for learning in the student's home.
• Build a respectful, supportive relationship with the student to foster trust and ensure that they feel comfortable during lessons.

5. Travel to Lessons
• Drive to the student's home for lessons, ensuring punctuality and preparation for each session.
• Plan travel time effectively to ensure consistent, timely arrival at each lesson.

6. Ongoing Professional Development
• Participate in at least one hour of weekly training to continue developing as a music educator.
• Stay updated on new teaching methods, curriculum changes, and musical trends through ongoing training sessions.
• Apply new knowledge from training to enhance teaching skills and improve the student’s experience.
