The West Seneca Central School District is seeking a full-time Music teacher to provide Instrumental (Strings) instruction for students at the elementary grade levels. This position is a traveling position where the ideal candidate will teach orchestra and string lessons at three of our five elementary buildings. The assignment is subject to change in the future. This is a probationary appointment with salary and benefits paid according to the West Seneca Teachers' Association's collective bargaining agreement. Teachers are responsible for the planning and preparation of their lessons; providing a safe classroom environment; leading effective instruction and participating in long-range planning which includes their own professional development.
