Music Teacher ( Guitar, singing, drums )

Duties
• Design and deliver engaging music lessons focused on guitar, singing, and drums tailored to students’ individual needs and skill levels
• Develop comprehensive curricula that incorporate technical skills, musical theory, performance techniques, and creative expression
• Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure a positive, respectful, and motivating atmosphere for learners of all ages
• Provide personalized tutoring sessions to support students’ progress and address specific challenges or goals
• Organize and supervise student performances, recitals, or group activities to showcase their talents and boost confidence
• Incorporate diverse teaching methods including visual aids, audio recordings, and interactive exercises to enhance learning experiences
• Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and lesson plans to ensure continuous development

Requirements
• Proven experience in teaching music with a focus on guitar, singing, or drums; classroom experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques
• Ability to work effectively with children, teenagers, and adults across various skill levels
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles and working with young learners is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of all backgrounds
• Knowledge of additional creative disciplines such as theater or dancing is beneficial but not required
• Experience in behavior management and childhood development strategies to foster a supportive learning environment
• A passion for music education combined with a positive attitude and energetic approach to teaching

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
