Duties • Design and deliver engaging music lessons focused on guitar, singing, and drums tailored to students’ individual needs and skill levels • Develop comprehensive curricula that incorporate technical skills, musical theory, performance techniques, and creative expression • Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure a positive, respectful, and motivating atmosphere for learners of all ages • Provide personalized tutoring sessions to support students’ progress and address specific challenges or goals • Organize and supervise student performances, recitals, or group activities to showcase their talents and boost confidence • Incorporate diverse teaching methods including visual aids, audio recordings, and interactive exercises to enhance learning experiences • Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and lesson plans to ensure continuous development Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule
