Our Music Instructors enjoy a flexible schedule and have access to other benefits including: • 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Free Employee Assistance Program • Instruments/Gear Discounts The School of Rock Little Wing instructor will help create a warm, supportive and inspiring environment for young musicians aged 3-5. • Knowledge of music theory and curriculum design; concepts in music like rhythm, notation, pop and rock genres • Excellent ability to deal well with a wide range of customers, including but not limited to, children and parents • Enthusiastic, flexible, patient, and positive demeanor • Strong organizational skills • Very strong customer relations skills on the phone and in person • Resourceful and good problem-solver • Works well under pressure • Ideal candidate is proficient on at least one: guitar, keyboard/piano, drums, voice.
