Must be creative and excited to learn new curriculum and share ideas with a team Must be available for staff meetings and committed to learning online systems A belief in the musical potential of every individual A commitment to developing relationships with students and families Strong communication skills Comfort with hosting Zoom lessons Able to commit to consistently teaching every week aside from planned Azure Violins lesson breaks Vaccination against COVID-19 is required for all in-person employees. As a private lesson and/or group faculty member you will have the following Big 3: Communicate: Consistent use of MyMusicStaff to communicate with families. Send all private lesson and group reports within 24 hours of the lesson or class. You retain your students throughout a season and re-enroll your students into the next season.
