Musical Director

Music Instructor Position We are seeking a skilled music instructor to teach private lessons and shape the musical talents of our students. Responsibilities: • Teach studio classes and arrange master classes for students at all levels • Participate in student juries and recitals to assess and celebrate their progress • Evaluate and advise students on their musical development • Maintain accurate records and grades to ensure transparency and accountability • Participate in auditions to identify and nurture talented musicians • Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean of Music Requirements: • A Master's degree in music or a related field from a regionally accredited institution • 18 graduate credit hours in music from an accredited institution • Teaching experience at a college or community college level is preferred • The ability to demonstrate advanced performance and proficiency on your instrument • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well with students, faculty, and staff members Preferred Qualifications: • Upload unofficial transcripts, cover letter, and resume for best consideration • Redact any personal information before submission • If your application is over 6 months old, you will need to reapply
