Musical Director

A globally recognized leader in high-quality musical instruments, is seeking a passionate and driven Musical Director to join their team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will bridge the gap between music education and community engagement, fostering strong relationships with local universities and schools while supporting the growth of their educational programs.

They are looking for a candidate who is comfortable operating in an English conversation and can bring a mix of instructional expertise and strong communication skills to the table.

Key Responsibilities

Educational Leadership: Oversee and direct musical education initiatives, ensuring high standards of instruction and engagement.

Community & Institutional Outreach: Actively communicate and build strong partnerships with local universities, schools, and educational boards to expand the brand's network.

Sales & Promotion (Optional with Commission): Engage with clients and institutions interested in acquiring high-quality instruments. If you choose to participate in sales activities, additional commission will be provided.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Must have prior experience as a Music Teacher / Piano Teacher (or a closely related musical instruction role).

Language: Professional fluency in English is required (English-only environment).

Sales Experience (Plus): Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly desired, even if it is from a completely different industry.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently network with academic professionals and school representatives.
