Musical Director

• Be present for all auditions, rehearsals, production meetings, tech and dress rehearsals, opening performances and cast parties. • In the case of scheduling conflicts, emergencies or illness for rehearsals or performances, notify Broadway Bound’s Artistic Director as soon as possible and find a substitute for all missed rehearsals and/or performance dates. • Assist with band set-up and strike during load-in, changeover and strike, as well as with any other reasonable duties related to the production as assigned by Broadway Bound’s Artistic Director or Production Manager. • Engage in creative problem-solving with all production departments to best support the artistic vision of directors and designers while keeping the production within budget and meeting all safety and scheduling requirements.
