The Orchestra Personnel Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management and administration of all orchestra personnel activities, and for maintaining a healthy and respectful day-to-day relationship between the members of the orchestra and the administration of the orchestra. Ensure correct execution of the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement as they relate to orchestra personnel management, ASO/WAC personnel and benefit policies, and individual musician contracts. Manage and administer extra musician auditions as necessary. Manage the scheduling of auditions. Contracts:Master Agreement: Maintain files on all issues affecting personnel management and issues that may need to be addressed during Master Agreement negotiations or meetings with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Players’ Association (ASOPA).
