Qualifications To be successful as an Instrument Repair Specialist, you will need: • A high school diploma or equivalent • An apprenticeship or diploma from an accredited repair school • At least 6 years of experience working on musical instruments daily We offer a competitive pay rate of $25-$30 per hour, plus commission based on location, background, and experience.
