Job Overview As a member of our team, you will provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments while fostering a positive customer experience. Main Responsibilities: • Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments • Assist in maintaining specific store inventory • Build and increase business through great customer experience and quality work • Develop knowledge and skills, including product, store operations, sales, and leadership Skills and Qualifications: • Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles, provides an excellent customer experience, and connects with customers in a meaningful way • Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them, learns quickly, and takes positive action without being requested • Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques • Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so that they are retained
