The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support by phone and email, helping families with questions about instrument rentals, billing, deliveries, exchanges, repairs, and returns. This role plays a key part in creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers as they navigate the exciting journey of school music participation. • Educate customers about our rental program, school delivery schedules, and instrument care.
