POSITION OVERVIEW: This position involves providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assisting in maintenance of store inventory. The role requires a customer-focused approach to providing exceptional service and craftsmanship. • Responsibilities: • Interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship • Maintain store owned gear as requested • Complete warranty repair work • Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements: • Skilled understanding of repairing musical instruments, with a focus on guitars Preferences: • Foundational product knowledge of musical instruments, particularly Guitar Center products
