We are looking for a skilled repair technician who can provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, while assisting with store inventory management and driving business growth through great customer experiences and quality work. • Key Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding customer service by interacting with customers in a professional manner • Service customer-owned instruments with precision and attention to detail • Maintain store owned gear as requested • Process warranty repair work efficiently • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
