Join Our Team as a Musical Instrument Repair Technician!

We are seeking a skilled instrument repair technician who can efficiently restore musical instruments to their optimal playing condition. Whether you specialize in one type of instrument or multiple, your expertise is needed here!

Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
• Expertly clean and repair various musical instruments, including brass, woodwind, orchestral, or percussion.
• Provide accurate estimates for instrument repairs.
• Adhere to timelines to ensure repairs are completed within the estimated cost and timeframes.
• Handle customer-owned and retail instruments, from student-level to professional quality.
• Deliver work that meets high-quality standards and exceeds shop expectations.
• Assist in repair clinics or school events as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of an apprenticeship or diploma from an accredited repair school.
• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with musical instrument repairs is preferred.

Physical Demands:
• Ability to work in a noisy environment.
• Capable of standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
• Proficient in lifting, pushing, and pulling instruments and cases weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable with mild cleaning chemicals.
