About the Role We are seeking a skilled Musical Instrument Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our repair shop, you will be responsible for efficiently repairing musical instruments to ensure they meet high quality standards. Duties and Responsibilities • Work on rental returned instruments in a timely and efficient manner • Ensure each instrument is repaired according to established quality guidelines • Maintain accurate records for production reporting Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: • A High School Diploma or equivalent required • Apprenticeship or diploma from an accredited repair school required • The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English • The ability to use standard repair shop tooling and equipment • At least 2 years of relevant work experience working on musical instruments daily
