We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining store inventory, interacting with customers, servicing customer-owned instruments, and completing warranty repair work. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain store inventory and ensure that all instruments are in good working condition • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience • Service customer-owned instruments, including repairing and maintaining them to ensure they are in good working condition • Complete warranty repair work and other duties as assigned Requirements: • Skilled understanding of instrument repair and maintenance principles • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work effectively under pressure • Proficiency in using various tools and equipment
