Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales by meeting and surpassing personal sales goals.Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to enhance customer engagement.Build lasting relationships through networking with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.Deliver compelling presentations based on established sales training and customer needs.Provide outstanding customer service to every customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience.Encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.Engage in various store operations, including merchandising and maintaining displays.Assist in maintaining store security and operational protocols.Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by store management.Why Work with Us?

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required.A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory.
