Works with district and school leadership to combat systemic barriers that limit student, family, and staff members' equitable access to opportunity • Identifies and addresses bias and its impact on rigor and opportunity for students and staff • Updates policies and equitable access procedures • Study and learn the musical score • Attend required Pit rehearsals and sitzprobe • Attend production week and all performances • Pit will wear simple costume to be provided unless they are pieces pit players already owns • Pit band may sing back up with Persephone on "Our Lady of the Underground" • Rate for musicians is $38.91 an hour - plan for hired musicians is to hold a sitzprobe, and then 5 dress rehearsals, followed by two performance days (with three performances) r - pay each musician The pay for all requested dates, along with a two-hour bonus (travel and/or study time), is projected to be $1,264.58.
