Reports to: Worship Pastor Lead the on-site studio as a hub for asset creation, team building, and songwriting. Work alongside Campus Worship Coordinators and the Music Director to onboard, train, and develop volunteers and band leaders. Participate in the recording and releasing of songs for Cross Point Music, in collaboration with the Creative Team and under the supervision of the Central Worship Pastor.
