1.1 Description ofServices / Introduction : The musician shall provide all personnelequipment supplies facilities transportation tools materialssupervision and other items and nonpersonal services necessary toperform Contract Musician services as defined in... this PWS exceptfor those items specified as government furnished property (GFP)and government furnished services (GFS). 1.2Background : The Government requires Musician services in support ofmilitary religious and worship activities. 1.2.1 TheMusician shall provide the services of a Musiciansinger / instrumentalist under the Yuma Proving Ground (YPG)Chaplains Religious Support Program as defined in the CommandMaster Religious Program (CMRP). As a nonpersonal services Musicianthe Contract Musician is not a member of the Commanders Staff or Musical selections will bemade in consultation with the Garrison Chaplain and / or the clergyleading the worship service.
