The Musician shall be fully qualified to perform the required services and shall be supervised by the COR to ensure proper execution of the contract. The Musician shall provide the KO and the COR with the names and telephone numbers of a primary and alternate point of contact (POC), in case of emergency. The Government will provide all utilities for necessary equipment to perform the services required by the contract, at the site of delivery of the services on Federal property. c. The Government shall not furnish the Musician with government living quarters, office space or equipment except as specified in paragraph 4a. Interested Candidates are requested to forward their resume together with three references from individuals who can attest to the candidate’s good work and steadiness.
