• Must be an excellent communicator with a desire to uplift other, be patient in leading, and execute your qualities with humility and gentleness making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. • Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a music church staff or other music- related position. • Requires the ability to lead the church in musical worship. • The ability to listen effectively and to communicate clearly, both orally and in written form. Additional hours may be required as job, duties and events demand.
