Responsible for booking top team members based on talent level, special skills and availability... Able to identify the individual who will best fit the specific position based on knowledge of the programs offered on each individual ship, specialized initiatives while taking into consideration the guest demographic and TM growth / engagement. Physical Demands : Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and / or computer for extended periods of time. More specifically, this position requires integrity, honesty, and respectful treatment of others, as well as a willingness to speak up when they see misconduct or have concerns.
