Creates a calm and healing environment of care through the use of live, acoustic music in various clinical environments using the inherent healing elements of music and sound to enhance the environment for patients at NGMC. Is able to smoothly transition from familiar to unfamiliar music, improvising for extended periods of time as needed to meet patient's changing conditions and needs Reports any change in patient condition to the shift primary nurse or the nurse in charge. Is able to prioritize and work independently with patients and families. As possible, provides LTM sessions for patients within parameters of budget and schedule restrictions.
