Musician

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with renowned conductors, guest artists, and participate in recording sessions as well as educational outreach programs. - A degree in music performance or equivalent experience is preferred, but certainly not required. It is also preferred if you are from the State of Illinois, but musicians from close neighboring states such as Wisconsin, Iowa, Kentucky, and Missouri will most definitely be considered, regardless of commute. As this position is volunteer, musicians are not exclusively paid, as the orchestra mostly relies on volunteer participation.
