Additionally, the corps musician will attend and provide musical accompaniment during senior songster practices, worship team rehearsal and music youth programs. • Be available to provide accompaniment for special services as needed • May be occasionally required to travel in or out of state with musical groups to events such Encore, Divisional Youth Retreat, etc. • Must be able to read and sight-read Music • Must possess good people skills and the ability to interact positively with children and adults • Be able to take direction from supervisors, songster leader, meeting leaders or worship team leader. Must be able to fill in for jobs when staff members are absent, which may require the employee to stand for up to 2 hours or more at a time; Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
